Tumahye supper club was created by chef Alan Delgado as an escape from the everyday job. It was used as a creative space without boundaries. The goal was to collaborate with as many chefs as possible in order to bring this community closer and to network. In an industry where creativity is not always a priority, Tumahye became an escape from the every day routine. Through creativity comes innovation and therefore we encourage our chefs to think outside of the box. Because we do not set boundaries, our guests are able to enjoy unique dishes and sometimes try things for the first time. The interaction between our chefs and guests is truly something special. We are forever grateful for the opportunity our community has given us to continue to provide a creative space for our chefs. A huge thank you from the bottom of our hearts!
